Non-Canadian Domiciled Funds

Legg Mason Canada is part of Legg Mason International Distribution, which has offices located worldwide in the Americas, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Poland, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Chile and Brazil. As part of this global distribution network, Legg Mason Canada is able to offer its clients a wide range of non-Canadian domiciled liquidity, fixed income and equity funds to meet their needs. The non-Canadian domiciled funds listed below ("Funds") are offered by Legg Mason Canada only to accredited investors. The Funds are sub-funds of Legg Mason Global Funds plc, an umbrella fund with segregated liability between sub-funds, established as an open-ended, variable capital investment company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Ireland. Each of these Funds is authorized in Ireland by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("IFSRA") as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities ("UCITS").
