1Units of Legg Mason Brandywine Fundamental Value U.S. Equity Fund will become qualified investments for RESPs, RRSPs, RRIFs and DPSPs if and when the fund meets certain prescribed conditions under the Income Tax Act (Canada) relating to the number of its unitholders required in order to qualify as a mutual fund trust.
